Slow update day today. Does anyone know where CGC is at with Modern Prescreen and Value?

Should I be calling customer service for an explanation?  I generally try not to be a pest but two months with no movement is a lot.

I would call ASAP. 8/21 Modern non-prescreens should have been done by now.

That's what we call the old switcheroo

 

It's called Shockmaster's luck. When I sent mine in, the TAT was 30+ days. After mine were received, the TAT skyrockets. Happens all the time.

Anyone having a problem checking their submissions? Mine is stuck on the spinning wheel.

I'm in even though I don't collect them. Maybe they can grade Decipher Star Trek and Star Wars cards too.

Unfortunately,  Value has a 49 business day turnaround time. The turnaround time was lower on 8/28. But like Murphy's Law, everytime I send a submission in, the turnaround times increase.

Does anyone have any more news about CSG yet?

I'm at 48 business days unless my math is wrong, despite the advertised 49 day turnaround. At what point do you contact CGC?

I would say Monday morning. The only weekday I think that would not be a business day would be Labor day since there has been no conventions.

Keep us updated on the status.

I agree. CGC has just started grading csrds a couple of months ago. There are going to be some growing pains early on. PSA, Beckett and SGC still have the occasional quality quality control problems and they have been in business for a long time.  

Please add a House of Mystery 1-321 set.

It looks like CGC increased the turnaround times. So I guess I won't have to check for status updates for a while.
