I promise, no hard feelings at all :foryou: ... but I am a little jealous.  Why would my books still be sitting in the "Received" status when they were received prior to the books you (and presumably many others) sent in?

Should I be calling customer service for an explanation?  I generally try not to be a pest but two months with no movement is a lot.

I would call ASAP. 8/21 Modern non-prescreens should have been done by now.

    Dang

Current tat for value is at 49 days, I can remember a month ago maybe it was a lot less

That's what we call the old switcheroo

It's called Shockmaster's luck. When I sent mine in, the TAT was 30+ days. After mine were received, the TAT skyrockets. Happens all the time.

Actually my books are still in the received status but just spoke to a very nice lady at CGC and the books are still on track to be graded and shipped according to the estimated days it takes....It just seems like a long time when you're anxious to see
    what grades you will get.

    What was the received date?

Still waiting on a Value sub (slow track) that is stuck at "received" at CGC on 7/31/20 (the books aren't entered yet.

I'm at 48 business days unless my math is wrong, despite the advertised 49 day turnaround. At what point do you contact CGC?

I would say Monday morning. The only weekday I think that would not be a business day would be Labor day since there has been no conventions.

Keep us updated on the status.

Yeah I saw that video, but the person also then said he would contact CGC, who most likely rectified the situation. Furthermore, there are plenty of videos of people receiving their orders just fine. No reason to cherry pick a negative video.

I agree. CGC has just started grading csrds a couple of months ago. There are going to be some growing pains early on. PSA, Beckett and SGC still have the occasional quality quality control problems and they have been in business for a long time.
