What sets these Boards apart is that the sanctity of the deal still exists and buyers and sellers need to honor a deal when a deal is made. I appreciate everyone's support here and if Gruson wants to honor the deal I'd be happy to give him time payments up to 30 days. Definitely went low but also that was before Moore was writing on the title and that does make a huge difference.

Without betraying anyone's trust, this page and a few of the other best pages from #1 were acquired many years ago and are in a private collection and I do not think they'll see the light of day for a very long time.
