June 2023 Heritage Signature Auction #7340
otherworldsj331 replied to grapeape's topic in Original Comic Art
I have been saying for over a year that the price declines are coming. They will continue. The economy is in dire shape. Inflation is far from licked and in fact will increase to record numbers next year. People are hurting in this economy. -

As long as interest rates are below a certain threshold, we will not see those rates again. -

I had dinner with him and his son and their wives in 1998 at a San Diego comic con. He was so pleasant, such a beautiful soul. -
Can anyone tell me if they understand Section 230? If not here, goes - "Section 230 is a section of Title 47 of the United States Code enacted as part of the United States Communications Decency Act, that generally provides immunity for website platforms with respect to third-party content. At its core, Section 230(c)(1) provides immunity from liability for providers and users of an "interactive computer service" who publish information provided by third-party users: Pardon my capital letters, but many of you are so uneducated about this or misinformed I need to stress this point. ONCE A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER CENSURES PEOPLE THEY CEASE TO BECOME MERELY PROVIDERS AND BECOME PUBLISHING EDITORS. Think about that for a second and let it sink in, and stop with your third grade parroting of something you heard once or twice, never researched, and are simply regurgitating. Furthermore, as I previously said, but some of you are ignoring, the social media companies it can be strongly argued in a court of law, are DeFacto public squares and as such can possibly be liable to the first amendment. Is this clear enough for you all supporters of censorship? So before you make comments that are clearly questionable, realize this issue is not decided and probably ultimately will be in the courts or (in a pro Constitutional) congress

You got those on Comic Link?

In the PGM forum the Action was between a 7.0 and 9.0. So call it a 8.0/8.5. Anyway, in my one and only drop in price, if anyone wants all three issues here, take 30% off. So a total of $405 for all three issues. Really good deal for any Superman/ Action/high grade SA DC collectors. If not I'll just get them graded...I know they will sell for a lot more once slabbed...I just really did not want to go through the process. Oh well...

Nobody wants to grade this for me? -
Action Comics #372, NM. - Purchased from Metropolis in 2007, They graded it NM. See the pictures. $125. Paypal, money orders and checks accepted. Action #383. NM. $100. Free shipping. No returns. The moderators acted petty. They did not have to remove BOTH my posts. The one repetitive post would have been sufficient. I am going to call them later. It's like a police state here sometimes. Ridiculous.
