  4. Here are a few higher grade SA Green Lanterns I picked up a couple weeks ago. Some may be heading off to CGC whenever I get another batch around!
  5. It is also a big and somewhat blurry scan, just the way I like it. -William
  6. Got this recently. Not the best copy but the best that I could afford. It is now my oldest comic that I own!

  9. That's awesome. So are you picking it up from an LCS or a private dealer? I moved from Michigan a few years ago but I visit twice a year and I'm always looking for a decent LCSthat has a good back issue selection. I am picking it up from another collector. Where at in Michigan are you from/do you visit? I live in the southern part of it. As far as back issues go, there are some descent stores that have a bunch of random fill-ins and minor keys. Kalamazoo has Fanfare (though they just had a huge sale and are pretty picked through right now), Battle Creek has Discount Hobby, Jackson has Nostalgia ink and another place, Lansing has Capital City Comics which is just ok, Grand Rapids has a few places. But if you want one of the best selections in the country, Motor City Comics in the Detroit area.
  10. I'm pretty excited because later today I am going to be buying a low grade Showcase 22! I hope to upgrade next year but it will have to do for now. My annoying question is does anyone have gpa info for a CGC 2.5 copy? Thanks so much in advance! I will be sure to post pictures if the deal goes through!
  11. 1 to 2 million. It is known that 2 million has been offered for a 9.2+ copy and the only known owner of a copy in that grade (dentist?) didn't accept. I'm guessing if the highest cgc graded copy at 8.5 came to market that it would also have ridiculous potential. Safe guess?
  12. Kudos to Dmac538 for the CGC'd Bobby Benson's B-Bar-B Riders # 14. Fast delivery and well packaged! What a great cover!
  13. Thank you to r1970d for a nice accurately graded JIM 85 and thanks to October for the OOAW. Both packaged well and shipped in a timely manner! Thanks, William
