    CGC didn’t use to grade books with overhang.

    The book is a 8.5 at best. My CGC 8.5 books looks better than this book. For $21K, I’d rather buy the 9.4 from another grading service on eBay for $14K

    The color breaking creases on the top staple and corner breaking crease on top right corner. Not to mention the cover is uneven with the book. In all honesty, I’m surprised that CGC graded the book with the overhang. Just look at the back cover image.

    I bought this when the MCU first made the announcement in 2018. I should’ve sold last year during the boom. 🤦🏻

    I lived in Northern California my whole life. Even in the Central Valley where it actually has four seasons, the summertime can be unbearable, but it was dry heat and the breezes came in the evening. All the books I have submitted that I bought off the rack came back white pages.
