Nailed the PEP but way off on the JOE with a 4.0!

Would it be of any advantage to have a blue label saying .5 over having a qualified grade? Wouldn't it be more informative to say this book would be a 3.5 or 9.0, except for the missing centerfold that affects the story, than to have both books slabbed as .5? I may be confused, but if i have 2 copies of Amazing Fantasy #15, one in great condition say a 8.0, and 1 a 2.0 looking condition, but both are missing centerfolds, What good is a .5 slab on both books? Am i just confused?

I sent a copy of CAC# 54 with white to offwhite pages missing the centerfold to CGC. It came back as a .5 with a note: missing centerfold/ affects storyline. I was expecting to get a qualified grade but I see why it was graded as a .5 incomplete. I had a #40 in similar condition that came back as a 5.0 without the missing centerfold.When would a comic come back as qualified and not a .5 blue label? Also, does anyone out there know how to find centerfolds and other incomple books that I may be able to use to complete my copy? Thanks in advance for any info.

Wow, I needed to do something with my screen, I thought that JIM was a 9.4 or better with the only flaw being the top staple. I had to get my 17 year old to adjust the screen, I said "oh yeah, I see the stain in the red box now." I still cant see it great, Turning 50 just stinks! They say the mind is the first thing to go... and I can't remember what the next is. It could be the eyes!

I went with a 2.5 and a 4.0 and was kicking myself for not giving millie a 4.5. a 7.0?? and the chunk outg of the cover with the corresponding spine issues?? how can this be above a 3.0? I thought rules were rules period. I guess I have to start rethinking this whole CGC thing.
