Looked like Wondercon moved up to our traditional first weekend of April date so we are doing March 5. Hope everyone can make it!

Same spacious location at the Berkeley Adult School. 11 am to noon early admission $15. Noon to five, $10. Giant room packed with comics. Free parking lots in front and back. Close to the highway and close to BART too.

I think the venue for this show is super cool.

There was a great vibe at the show and it was great to see Harley. Dealer lineup for March 5 is looking very sharp.

Oh, and also, Sacto Sanctorum Comics. This is a record number of vendors.

Vendor list! Includes seven who weren't there in November and crowd favorites like Harley Yee, Shortboxed, etc. A few new guys who have never set up at the Berkeley show too.

No artists this time but talking to a lot of great ones who have indicated interest.

National dealers like Superworld, Harley Yee, A-1, Shortboxed, Heroes, Champion. Various new vendors who weren’t at our November show

By the way, I have been locked out of the boards for over a month despite using a modern Mac with updated browsers!  Come on!

Tons of new vendors, tons of SoCal vendors. A great mix.

If you want Terry's Comics to bring something specific to the show, the time to hit him up is now. In the same way, if you like things that most people have but don't bring to shows, the wantlist feature on the show website goes to all the vendors in advance.

Yes, early admission 11-12, $15. Regular admission 12-5 $10.

Also talked with Superworld Ted who likewise said business had been pretty brisk despite what seemed like sparse foot traffic. Of course, I forgot to take photos of his wall books. He had some good stuff. 

I'm finding that these days you don't need gigantic crowds to still have sales really add up at shows.

Our next event is a comic crawl with five locations participating. Saturday, Oct. 16. Your chance to see the HOC/Wormboy office and see Tim's fabled Marvel bronze collection, full of peds and variants, etc.

Agree, really liked meeting Mr. Black.  Strong show. Not our choice to do a football Sunday/fall Sunday, but it was good nonetheless.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. Tim and I appreciate all you guys. Reminder, early admission ($15) is 11-12. $10 admission starting at noon.

Thought we had someone nailed down but he hasn't quite confirmed it with Tim yet.

Reminder, the website has a wantlist feature which we share with all the vendors. Sure, if you're looking for NM 98 or IH 181, people are going to bring their copies. But for the esoteric stuff that maybe a dealer will leave at the warehouse, it's good to get your request in early. Some of these guys have serious, serious comics at home. (Except Harvey, who is bringing the whole store!)
