    Why? Not because they're 'automatically' lower grade from signing(s), but because this mitigates that risk. Better to purchase the service and not need it, than to need it and not buy it.

    I would say that it's uncommon for NM grades to receive grader notes, and I think that makes sense. You would have a difficult task telling the difference between a 9.2 and 9.4, 9.4 and 9.6, etc.

    For me, this. For the extra $20 and fast track pressing on Sig Series, I've sent many raw in to get 9.8 back, sent slabs in and most have increased, a few stay the same and only one has gone down in grade. More that outweighs the cost/risk in my opinion.
