  1. No. They apply the same "grading protocol" for any/all grades. CGC doesn't care about aftermarket value outside of insurance costs.
  2. Sold = "not available anymore". A comic book is worth what someone is willing to pay for it - not for how much it has already been sold.
  3. 1. I use MyComicShop to see which (and how many) variants are out there. 2. Yes. 3. No.
  4. Avengers: Endgame followed Infinity War, though. Infinity War was fantastic. TROS followed TLJ - which was a giant turd. Had TLJ not sucked huuuuuuuuuuge -insert anatomy here- then TROS could've had the same potential as Endgame.
  5. No. A 9.8 comic is the most-common "top" grade. It's usually a tiny flaw or two, or lack of perfect alignment, that put a comic into this condition. They grade tons of comics per day and everyone is looking for 9.8s. They would have to hire more people and charge customers more if they decided to give notes for every grade.
  6. Only if the case is damaged and the damage may have affected the comic.
  7. Half of the characters in TROS have been around for 40 years. TROS attempts to do the same thing that Endgame did. See the movie and then tell me that they can't be compared.
  8. Infinity War and Endgame were both fetch quests. Look at how well those were put together. A single aspect of a film neither makes it great nor invalidates its greatness.
  9. I don't read many Modern comics. I'd rather have collected editions of 20th Century stuff than read anything digitally.
  10. Don't listen to those crybabies. See it for yourself and form your own opinion. You might like it.
  11. Doesn't matter to me as long as it's fairly representative of how good the movie actually is - which I think that 86% is fair. It's clear to me that the critics have no idea what Star Wars is.
  12. I'm unconvinced - only because it aligns with TLJ's Critics vs Audience. Critics love TLJ and hate TROS. Audience hates TLJ and likes TROS. Just makes sense to me.
