    I was gonna say: Overreacting. Their current deal was simply not extended. Sony wants better terms. With no Spider-Man in Phase 4, this won't be a pressing matter for Marvel Studios. Sony would be stone-cold retarded not to reach a new deal. Marvel does all the work and Sony gets basically all the profits.
