  1. Just tell me when the new/final trailer is supposed to drop and I'll STFU.
  2. Finally bought/saw this yesterday. Very mediocre. Way too much human BS. Just let the freaking giant monsters brawl. Not a fan of the MUTO still being alive. Would've been better if Godzilla murdered the last 2 on Earth. Also doesn't make sense that it bows to him at the end, when it did nothing of the sort in the 2014 film. The entire 'development' and use of most human characters was completely stupid. I do love that Watanabe's character sacrificed himself to feed Godzilla. That was a really good scene IMO. The CGI was great. I have heard otherwise, but it all looked relatively perfect. I was disappointed that Mothra died. I was also disappointed that her string didn't kill Rodan. A lot of nonsense story-wise in this movie. Overall a 3.5/5, I guess. The fact that the "Alpha Signal" didn't trigger Kong also makes no sense. And what of the other 10 or so titans that weren't in Boston taking a bow...?
  3. Survey actually says: ✔✔✔ There are 3 types of people who saw Black Panther (and some are combos of another): Those who read comics. Black people. Casual fans who knew it was a "must-see" prior to Infinity War. You can play, or be, ignorant about the announcements regarding Phase 4. WandaVision? Love and Thunder? The entire premises undo some of the important actions/stories of the Infinity Saga. Shang-Chi might actually correct The Mandarin, despite being a sideshow character. Aaaaaaaaaand with your racist assertions you prove that you have, well, nothing to prove. And the conversation ends because you're so blind to facts and MCU-biased that no one can have a discussion in good faith with you. /end
  4. I think it did. Common doesn't mean universal. We should probably start calling it "uncommon sense"...
  5. Simple equation: Don't like it, return it (as you are)! Just giving you my Two Pieces on if it's a valid 9.8.
  6. It's still 1 defect. If there are no other defects, then it could reasonably be a NM+. There is no mathematical equation to determine grading, hence its subjectivity. You submitted it directly to CGC, correct?
  7. Niall Stenson (YouTuber) has performed guitar/rock covers of pretty much every comic book movie, and a lot of various other films, that I listen to often. He's really talented, and in many cases, his tracks are better than the music in the movies themselves. I'd check his stuff out if you're really into movie scores.
  8. Batman v Superman has the best score of any comic book movie ever - bar none. Superman's and Wonder Woman's themes are iconic at this point. Batman's theme is also perfect. For Marvel, obviously the Avenger's theme is also iconic - as is Spider-Man's. The score in The Winter Soldier is great.
  9. Not sure why you would press it, but my educated guess says that it'd remain a 9.8 as long as it's not mishandled during the additional signature process.
  10. I could split the difference and say "1.5". I wouldn't be surprised if someone buys it at a 1.0 price or a 1.8 price.
  11. How do they quantify, "and a chance to win big"? Is there a chance of getting a comic worth > $100? I've seen "mystery packs" for MtG cards where they claim, "you could get a Black Lotus!", but I'll never believe it.
  12. Glad I could choose 2 options, because I collect for both nostalgia and artwork/story. I mostly collect CGC'd products for signed nostalgia (Dark Knight Returns, Death of Superman, etc). And I mostly collect TPBs/Moderns for artwork/story.
  13. You probably picked a good time to cash out. Glad you're keeping 1 comic for your memory of the hobby!
