  1. No credit scenes, but allegedly there's, "something worth staying for". Probably a "final" tribute to Stan Lee or those of us who have supported the MCU for so long.
  2. Tampa Bay Lightning Robert Downey Wiener Every Whale Quality RESPECT..? I have no idea what you have said to me...
  3. Fine. I'll stop making jokes and being sarcastic.
  4. I've been there dude. I stopped going to the closest shop because they don't carry new books/TPBs, and why shell out $5 for new single issues when I can get 6/$10 when they hit IST? I stop at the shop half-way between work and home sometimes, because they also carry tons of books, some movies and games, and other comic-related stuff. It's a good place for me to find new TPB series that I'd be interested in reading or collecting. They have at least 5-times the amount of back issues as the shop mentioned above. They buy used issues all the time and put them at the front of the isles. Sad story is, why stop in there when IST has everything 40%+ off? When you're reading stuff all the time, it doesn't matter that you get it a week later. I've even moved on from buying the new Action/'Tec/Superman/Batman issues to just waiting for the next Rebirth TPB Volume to be printed and sold. There so much money saved for encapsulated comics that way.
  5. I had this exact thing happen, recently, too. I only offer around/less 50% if it's something insane like asking $2,000 for 4 hardcover books that are unsealed, when a lot of all 4 books SEALED sold for $900 a month ago, and $750 two months ago...
  6. Idk if you guys have seen the "Road to Infinity War" video on YouTube from a year ago, but at the end of the video, they added: "Thank you Marvel Studios for a decade of stories." I wouldn't be surprised if the post-credits are dedicated to us, the fans. I'll cry.
  7. Yes, definitely. There are always exceptions to "rules".
  8. @BITCOINSWAMI, here's your next investment!
  9. I always try to hold back my tears for all movies, even including Logan, and Infinity War. I'm just gonna let 'em rip these next few days. All of my friends and family know it's gonna be sad at some points.
  10. This sounds 100% awesome. No credit scene is what I want. I'm staying, just in case, and a "final" Stan Lee tribute would be the perfect replacement to keep from being angry at myself for waiting for nothing.
  11. I think we only have 1 emotion - anger. I posted about the guy who sent me 10 books without any bubble wrap or anything, earlier in this thread. I really wanted to get so angry, but he was very nice, so I ended up just saying something like, "it's not a big deal, but you should treat EVERY comic property like it's a collector's item". I honestly expected both of us to just start a p^&*ing contest.
  12. For whatever reason, I find that women in sales are so much easier to deal with. I think men get a little too hot-headed and emotionally attached to criticism and take it too personally. Having a baby is definitely a good reason for delay.
  13. Accurate, plz. A seller with integrity will take neutral feedback for legitimate criticism on the chin and "do better" next time. I always pay within 72 hours and expect the item to be shipped within 72 hours, unless extenuating circumstances are conveyed.
  14. For a movie over 3 hours long to receive only 3 (early) "negative reviews" by critics out of 120 is seemingly a testament to this movie working. The 3 negative reviews so far are, basically: "Epic poem on the futility of the MCU." ????? "Disappointing as a result of how great Infinity War is." ????? "Narratives are undercut by faux-improv comedy." ?????
  15. Idk. When I was looking for a Superman Vol. 2 #75 CGC 9.8 SS, they had 1 listed for $600, while the FMV was around $150. They, themselves, had a couple listed for $150-175. Not really sure what their protocol is for customers that have an outrageous asking price.
  16. Enroll that kid @ MIT now. Most 8-year olds would have no idea how to use eBay.
