The Summit...has ended
I want to thank all the esteemed members here who attended the event. It was a pleasure to meet everyone. The best part of the show was all the social interaction and comradery.
Many thanks to @Ricksneatstuff and the entire Heritage Auctions family for all the southern hospitality. The HA family, from top to bottom, truly rolled out the red carpet for all of us. It felt like home.
Mostly, our eternal gratitude to Nate @Kihei Collectibles . This is Nate's creation and he deserves to be recognized. The Collectors Summit is his labor of love and it's through this show that he is able to give back to the hobby and to our community. What initially started as an idea to gather like-minded golden age collectors together in an intimate environment has morphed into an event to celebrate our passion for the hobby. We were all able to engage with each other in a way that would be nearly impossible in today's pop-cultured infested comic book show. Breaking bread and breaking balls. All those Uber rides around town. The clinking of glasses at all the bars. Placing names and faces to collectors old and new. and of course, all the funny books. Until next year!
