  5. Fair to assume it was a typo. A graded 8.5 went for $107 last week.
  6. The tracker currently only shows 8 months of history. You can still search for the submission number at the top of that page, and will receive an email once they are shipped.

  9. To my knowledge only WT (walkthrough), EX (express), ME (mechanical error) and time sensitive signing books get prioritized opening. Fast track speeds up turnaround once opened.

  11. Today, the 7.0 went for 222k which is below the same grade which went for 252k (also at Heritage in January 2022). The 7.5 went for 300k. I am not seeing any comp sales since earlier in 2021. The buyers in signature auctions are likely distinct from the overall hobby, so I would say more time is needed to evaluate the trajectory of these books.
  12. Cap 1 9.4 increased by 241% from the $915k sale in August 2019. That's impressive appreciation in under 3 years.
