From here on out the books that I have are mainly ones that I bought off the stands when I was a kid.
First issue that my Dad bought me was #108. Next was #111. The next store bought copy, and the first issue that I walked to the corner drug store for (on the advice of my best friend), was #122.
I'll post my OO copy of that one again, when we get to that day.

I've seen top edge of cover noted, and I've seen top edge noted.
If it says "top edge" only, were the pages absolutely trimmed as well?

Great eye appeal. Congratulations!
Thanks. Rotten that it suffered the tape pull. But a great spot for it.

I think the Curator copy sold for right about where it should be. Last time that copy sold was in 2021 at auction during the comic boom for $566k. So selling today at $540k where silver age comics have slumped in value since then is a huge win for the consignor.
Just to add to this, GPA has two different cert #s listed in sales of this book, which can't be correct. @gpanalysis
The current label has the same cert # as the original label of this book, sold on Heritage in 2002 for $44,275. 0001885002
That 2002 sale was a first gen label, not the second gen it currently has.
GPA has a curator copy sale listed in 2007, for $60,000, with this cert #: 0041850003. It probably should not be in the curator section on GPA.

I remember somebody in this thread years ago saying nice mid grades are out of reach on this book.
Times have certainly changed.

Aunt May just horribly confused by why she could possibly be there at that moment.
