As Stronguy said, BWS w3as already famous when he wrote to SIm in Cerebus. I could be wrong, but I think Gaiman also wrote into him, also famous. SIm is friends with those guys and more, and that was a book that those guys were reading at the time.

Everything old is new again. There is a very famous author who notoriously kept his library paired down to fit in one glassed in bookcase- around 2,000 slim volumes if my memory serves, and so, as he got in a new "favorite", he then had to choose it's replacement and remove a book to fit the new one in. Good looking room!

less than 2 weeks for me! Great room, Cimm. Love the "old bookstore" feel with all of the different sized and shaped bookcases. I'm a big fan of that ecclectic look.

good stuff, John. I have to go ahead and post a tiny heads up. I can contain myself no more! I told Dave (TheHumanTorch) about this in PM, but I've been completely redoing my comic book room. I would say I'm about 1/2 way there. Maybe 1/3 of the way. I can't wait to post pics when I'm done, and plan on doing a thread full of progress pics so I don't clutter this fine thread with my color swatches and demolition babble.
