Ill concur Miller has his dark styles which At times can be a bit much ... but the Hand / Elektra arc was arguably one of the best !

Although Daredevils early villains were all a force to be reckoned with in their own way , Kilgrave was always my favorite of the early batch early ( honorable mention to Gladiator) The Owl was more of a B level Kingpin who flew around like the vulture with wolverines claws ( what ?) to me . Kilgrave was portrayed very well on Jessica Jones IMO. I’ve always preferred the latter Daredevil foes from the Frank Miller ‘ ish era ...

I don’t , however - back in the day - take was used to reinforce spine when little Tommy was writing his name on the cover and folding the book to fit in his back pocket - that being said - I have to make sure the staples haven’t been replaced and new ones have simply been added ... I think that’s the key for me

Not sure if this is the right area to post but my inquiry is on a silver age gem - as is often the case there has been “ repairs “ to it - I know for a fact there is tape along the L spine and possibly staples added - will this be viewed as resto? thanks

Always was a difficult cover for me personally to judge as there’s such a color splash - I’d say B is the strongest candidate , A is a bit lower and C has a corner crease ... I believe all could benefit from a press ...corners and rear look clean so hard to say there’s fading - I think they’re all around 6.5 -8 IMO with B,C,A being the strongest
