  2. Few new arrivals . Great looking covers
  3. It’s a tough book I’m in an area that was a hub in Ontario , Canada for comics . There are lots of 75 cent filler books but the big keys are very htf now . This was a huge one for my Canadian run. I have a felling based on information out there in Type 1A variants that this may be the biggest of the 1980s along with Batman 357 95 cent first Jason Todd
  4. Picked this up last week in LCS for $ 175.00 Canadian tattoos and all. I’m very pleased as the condition is beautiful on this one . Prob not 9.8 def 9.0 or higher . Score for me being a Spider fan.
  5. A few new pieces dedicated to the master . The canvas is one or twenty made worldwide it’s one of my prizes . Giclee on paper “ the encounter “ was signed by the late Stan Lee
  6. Im glad we are on the same page. Like stated earlier I think depending on final auction price if it’s very high I’m going to assume someone bidding has a cover
  7. Presents an interesting dilemma for someone with just a cover or the opposite . There is no doubt judging by the bids there is interest in this copy. To me it’s so pointless to have a slabbed fake cover NG book. I’d rather enjoy that artwork and be able to flip through my purchase but if I had a cover to add then it changes things . I’ll watch this closely to see what happens
  8. Ok so next question obviously a married book of AF 15 is better than a coverless one correct? Like if I’m just trying to get a copy at best possible price I’d lean to get married one and not grade it . That’s me I’d never buy this book listed . Here’s the auction : https://outside-affiliatelinksnotallowed.ebay.com/outside-affiliatelinksnotallowed/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.ca%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F323322095498
  9. I’m watching an auction right now for an AF 15 . CGC has given this book an NG grade because it has no original cover but the interior is complete and apparently in great shape. It’s alrwady around. 4K Canadian so here’s my question . What if someone had a really nice cover out there won this book and paid a company to professionally put cover on the og interior? How would anyone know it’s been frankensteined?
  10. Let me get my numbers together I’ll send you a pm . Thanks
  11. That’s a tough book one I’m after to shorten my list to complete ASM run of Canadian variants
  12. Well I don’t know what AF15 peaked at in low grades 1.0-2.5 but sure are getting big bucks bigger than I can remember from two years ago. I’ve made money on mine and I only acquired it last December .
  13. How do you read the graphs for specific grade say a 2.0?
  14. Wow I’m very surprised at how fast these low grades are climbing . I’d hate to be chasing a copy at this stage in the game because 10K doesn’t really get you a quality book .
  15. That was a great sale for raw book. Imo that wasn’t a 2.0.
  16. One currently on eBay in raw form and imo not a 2.0 for $ 10K USD with 8 hours of bidding to go .....
  17. There is a real beat up copy on eBay I’m watching at the moment. It’s ungraded but seller claims it’s a 2.0 approximately . It looks rough already north of 6K Canadian . I’m curious to see where this finishes at.
