  1. And I'm at the mean... 4.5. Pity about the missing piece, pretty solid otherwise.
  2. This will probably now compete with the Orson Wells transmission of War of the Worlds fooling the public, or not, which is more likely Anyway, sorry Mike.
  3. Bob Landers, featuring Willie Joe and his Unitar~Cherokee Dance (N.B.That chief is speaking with forked tongue about them being Choctaw Braves btw. They're Cherokees )
  4. That may be true concerning the back cover I've only given it as a guideline for Avi to go by. Personally, I'm still at a 6.0 as it is
  5. We'll never know 100% until you try. It's been said many times, you have the book in hand, we only have a 2 dimensional representation, so you should have a better idea, and I don't like to second guess cleaning and pressing, but there's been plenty of winners with it.
  6. Eye appeal is what makes for sure. Like I mentioned that's a general description CGC gives for books up to F/VF, so interpreting that is where some problems may lie. This book definitely falls into the OK with me bag.
  7. Here's a 6.5 that was posted up recently Avi.
  8. Congrats Gadzukes, like point Five I would have been at the 4.5 but in the words of CGC's own grading scale.... but that does apply up to a 7.0! 5.5 A slightly above-average collectible with a major defect and some smaller defects, or a significant accumulation of small defects.
  9. Yeah, can you provide photos of the whole book, back and front cover please.
  10. I'm comfortable at the 6.0 depending on how hard they hit the colour loss.
  11. Pretty heavy wear to bottom half along spine area, and quite a bit of long colour breaking creases may only put it at a 3.5, but post some full on piccies when you get it.
  12. I think that was evident in your original photos? I'm still hopeful with at least a 5.
