The books I consigned to Heritage are finally making their way to auctions Of the 100+ books I left with the, they broke them up into 25 lots with the first 16 closing later today. Best book for today is a Low grade Hulk #2 signed by Stan Lee If anyone is interested I have 2 threads in the Market Place section All of these are with no reserve. I was worried when my VG Atom 1 was languishing at $1. At least the $200 book is now up to $26 As I type this the 16 lots of raw books are totaling just under 1900 They sent off 4 of my raw books for grading including my Hulk 181 The remaining 9 auctions are all for slabbed books with a 6.0 All Flash coming up next week. 4 of my books will be in the February 27-29 Signature auction led by a 6.5 Special Edition #1 As a recognition of the board I will buy books ( preferably Four COlors or Classics Illustrateds ) from anyone who wins one of my auctions from Heritage

I have only ever owned one Planet comic. A vg+ 38 that is up on heritage and closing in a few hours

While the Angel and Charlie McCarthy filled holes, they immediately went onto the UPGRADE list. I did not even bother to re-bag or scan the back cover

The leader of the pack is a Hulk 2 signed by Stan Lee Back to Four COlors are a few more from Terry including the Little King which was the local sandwich shop when I was growing up. never knew it was a comic until I saw the Four Colors

Bidding is open on these 16 lots with just one day of bidding the Hulk 2 signed by Stan Lee is over 300

Thanks for the Advice Lou Just got word that my Hulk 181 is back from grading and got a 7.0. Wonder how that will fare. Must not have been upgrade-able via pressing. Still have 3 more books at CGC The majority of my ungraded books are broken down to 17 lots in the DEC1-DEC8 Weekly auction. Still no pics or discritions. I will add those when available

as I approach retirement trying to downsize my real collection, not just the old dealer stock. took about 100 books to meet with ed jaster of heritage. main book is a special edition 1 which I hope got a nice bump from the movie. silver marvels include whatever i had of the first 100 hulks and Captain America's. I also cleaned out my silver age Aquaman they sent off books like hulk 181 and cap 100 for grading while the lesser books will be in upcoming weekly in December. they sent me links to those auctions but they are blank so I will post them when they are populated hope these make a dent in my home remodel projects
