I recently decided to cull my collecting habits and sell off a few sections. of my collection via heritage hulk was the biggest cash out with low grade copies of 2 3 5 and 6 many of the first 100 including nice copies of 101 and 181. I would post pics but so many of scans are held hostage by photobucket.

My experience is that Mycomicshop.com is the harshest grader, which is good for the buyer, but less so for the seller/consignor -

That is what I thought Was getting ready to bring a box down to Beverly hills and presented me with a contract that says 15% sellers. I questioned them and was told "it has ALWAYS BEEN 15% Sellers" except on certain high dollar books -

Scanning and re-bagging the the books that I got fro the PRE SDCC Torpedo show in Los Angeles Also just got in my latest trade with mycomicshop.com. Essentially traded 13 long boxes of books for 13 books. All of these transactions are added to my various tracking methods. Attached is the spreadsheet I developed to attempt to have all the information for both series contained on 1 double sided page. I have modified this many time over the decade to track counts by 100's and ending digits and have noted BOLD for higher grade keepers and italics for books that I would like upgrades for. -

Thanks You are no small part of me reaching this goal and are in 7th place on my trade list I think I have about 1/2 of the missing four colors. Had no real idea about those until I read your research. I have another 8 in my hold cart on mycomicshop.com Here are a couple more from my trip down to Houston thanks to the long tall Texan. -

Now that the first three phases of my year long home remodel project is finished I actually have access to my books again. did transactions with Bedrock, Terry's and Dave and Adam at the Torpedo pre Comic Con show and just pulled the trigger on another group from MyComicSHop.com. With all of those I have pushed my collection to 1219 issues, and virtually all of those from trading. Must admit pickings in my available stock is getting a bit thin. Can't remember when I last posted my Thank you list which has grown to 10 pages with nearly 50 different Trading Partners but here is the most up to date listing -

Wow this thread had fallen all the way to page 7. I took a trip to Houston to visit my mom who had relocated there last year. Had the opportunity to visit Bedrock's store and do a nice trade with him. Had not really added anything to my collection in over a year. Nice to find a decent Andy Griffith which is a hard book to find in any shape. -

I never realized that this was a reprint. I was looking in the guide after I was this and found there were a total of 5 full reprints *and a couple of partials) with this being one of the earliest Oldest I saw was Snow White 382 which was a partial reprint of 49 Next Partial was 545 Pinocchio which was a partial reprint of #92 693 Song of the South was a partial reprint of 129 The best known full reprint is likely 668 which was the Dumbo with a different background cover,, but the same number. 682 Was a reprint of 505 Sword and the Rose, but with a different title There was 966 Tonka which changed titles to Comanche with the reprint at 1350, the next to last Four Color Then there was Donald in Mathmagic land which was 1051 and later 1198 1235 Mr Magoo was reprinted in 1965 several years after the end of the series, but with the same same number. Just a guess, but perhaps they were trying to cash in on the renewed popularity of Jim Backus after Gilligan's Isle. I will have to check to see if I have the Original or reprint Have a few of these scans handy, but not both versions of any at my fingertips -

And a few more from Terry Btw is anyone here fighting over the TWIST missing FC that Blissard has up for sale? Way higher tham I would have thought, even for a high grade copy -
I enjoy seeing a good Harvey cover, and actively collect the 3-D books along the way I picked up some nice Harveys that were part of there warehouse Some of these might contend for top of the census
-
I have picked up a few multipacks over the years I have had many of these classics sets on display in a standing cardboard classics rack I also have a bunch of the harvey packs there as well

Legion is getting another boost on Supergirl this season with Nia Nal an ancestor of Dreamgirl (Nura Nal) being added to the cast Hope the books do not have to be in high grade to be appreciated here. The green dots indicate that these two are from my original collection, and less than a year after I got hooked on comics
