    Yep it's the Boris the Bear/Punisher story. Can't remember what issue it was. I had a bunch of Boris back in the day and enjoyed reading whacky stuff rather than the super hero thing. Tick was my favorite but you always had to wait forever for a new issue. Unfortunately I got rid of my collection after the great 90s crash.

    I would like definitions, or examples, to figure out differences between small, moderate and major defects. Obviously if the whole book was stained by a beverage being spilled on it that's a major defect. But when does a small defect become moderate? At what point does moderate become major?

    I always wonder what a minor defect is. And at what point dies it become a moderate defect? Also when does the moderate become a major?
