    I totally understand those that would keep it raw, but I'd still slab it for posterity. There are tons of ways to read this book without having to use the original. My 2 cents. I wish it was mine.

    2.5 to 3.0. tiny chance of 3.5 out of respect but I doubt it. I'd love to have that book.

    I also thought the current grading trend was slanted towards the generous side, until I got my submissions back. I can't objectively understand why my grades were that far from my estimates. I've gone over a couple of them inch by inch and can't see issues that would have garnered the grade they got. I'll keep trying.

    I really don't know what kind of grade the fading would receive, but I wouldn't grade this one. I just don't think slabbing would help the faded presentation. It will probably sell at roughly the same price whether slabbed or raw.

    multiple spine tics, scuffing, scratch and ink dot, light touches to bottom corner and a lot of black on the back cover. I'm going with 7.5 but I think it will present well in a case due to the front cover yellow being forgiving from a few steps back. I've never run across that book in the wild.

    I would say that if you want to grade it for posterity, go for it. But I wouldn't anticipate and monetary gains from doing so.

    havent sent it yet. I plan on sending it the 2nd quarter of 2024. My play money gets eaten up in the first quarter by all the taxes and fees that come due at for me at the first of the year. I'll let everyone know when I send it in.
