Seriously? Are they slower than the average turnaround time for CGC? MCS has processed my stuff in a timely manner. Every so often they get overwhelmed and I may have to wait a little longer, but it isn't like I'm waiting months.

This is really miscut. It looks like an 8.0+ at least if it wasn't so out of whack. Not sure how CGC would grade it.

This is an upgrade over a water stained copy that I had. It was cheap and presents a little better than the old copy. 3rd Cave Carson.

I'd been searching for an upgrade of Rip Hunter 27 for a few years now. Most I'd seen were pretty much beat up and overpriced. My copy was glued together in a few places and had been a "placeholder" for about 25 years. Was happy to pick this one up from Ebay of all places.

As a former banker I can tell you that the collateral they will want is real estate, not your collection. You're dealing with an extremely conservative group of people that don't see comics as a good investment vehicle. And if your collection is worthwhile, they will want to hold on to it for a fraction of its worth. But the odds are they will take a pass and offer you a small, personal loan instead.

Took a while, but finally snagged one.

One of my rare Ebay buys.

I use UPS. Usually gets there in two to three days. I've had bad luck sending them anything via USPS. Couple of years ago I sent one book via Priority Mail and it bounced through the system for three weeks, making 45 stops. Got the package back, shipped it via UPS and it was there in two days.

On my PC I go to the CGC Message board bookmark. Even though I checked the Remember me box a week ago it kicked me out. Try to sign in and it takes me to a different page. So I have to go to my account, log out and then log back in.
