  1. I looked for it, but didn't find one. Anyway, its the cover image. I will give a look for copies with the postcard in the next days.
  2. Well, there was a discussion about it on foreign comic collector magazine Facebook group. If I remember well, this was a request made by the owner of the Paquito that was auctioned in the previous auction. Pristine condition. I am at the condition, given its a pence copy. Sold already? I couldn't find it. However. I found this:
  3. I had one. Super high grade, bought my myself from the Newstands. With the postcard. Sold it three to four years ago though. Finding a copy of the second edition shouldn't be difficult, but one with the postcard might well be. I can give it a look if you want.
  4. Super cool. Spanish I suppose? Perhaps the most unique item in your collection? Definitely the tougher one to store :P
  5. Many "Paquito" Mexican publications on Heritage right now, each with one page of Action Comics n°1, as a few other foreign stuff: https://www.ha.com/c/search-results.zx?N=0+793+794+791+792+1893+1577+2088&Ntk=SI_Titles-Desc&Nty=1&Ntt=paquito&limitTo=all&ic=homepage-search-A-K-071316 Changing subject, some new stuff that arrived a couple of weeks ago: I expected a bit more content inside this Flash Gordon (as it is the case of n°13), this one has considerably less pages and hence only a Flash Gordon story.
  6. As there are two people here that collect the foreign editions, it's worthy mention that the second Brazilian edition came with a postcard inside it Hungary and Sweden for the win!
  7. Just to add that this "print 2x as it sells" might be a fairly universal thing Here for instance, it was and still is that way (at least the newest data I got, from 2017, shows more or less this pattern, even worst). And a direct market doesn't exist here, not in remotely close dimensions to the newsstand one.
  8. Definitely, one of my all time favorite series.
  9. This first batch is the better one How many Strange adventures are you missing Eric?
  10. Some interesting foreign pulps and comics will be auctioned tonight at Comic Connect: https://www.comicconnect.com/browse/set/63455?page=1
  11. I agree with that statement. I would add any Golden age Disney as good reads, though many were still made for newspapers (like Floyd Gottfredson's Mickey). Also TinTim albums.
  12. Great collection. I wonder if number 6 (from 1951?) , was inspired by US Superman 47? Upgrades: Disney Especial may well be Disney's most successful new title released from the 70's anywhere in the world By the way, while last times has showed some difficult moments for the US comic book collecting market, Brazil's has showed some really strong results, especially for the US Uncle Scrooge title. In a few weeks some ultra scarce 50's Mickey will go on auction and I think this trend will persist.
  13. Which Barks story is? Upgrades: Disney Especial might very well be the most successful new Disney publication released from the 70's and up anywhere in the world As a curiosity, very strong results for Disney books in our local auctions, especially for Uncle Scrooge books. In a few weeks, several ultra scarce 50' Mickey will go on auction. Expect to see very strong results on it. ******I forgot one******
  14. I was looking close in some items of my collection and found something interesting: These Super X, 26 to 28, fifth series, not only contains the Hulk stories depicted in the covers, but also: Submariner n°1 and Fantastic Four n°3 stories, a few pages in each number I also received this one here not too long ago... ***EDITED***: I just read that the Aquaman comic series was released taking advantage of the success that the animated series was having
  15. So do I. Any chances it might be original art cover?
  16. Great covers, especially the first one. Wonderful scarce comics. Ebay shopping?
  17. Amazing. Am I correct to assume that Australian Ebay wasn't/isn't enough to get hem, correct? My previous experience looking there showed it would be substantially easier to complete the US run...
  18. I love Irwin Allen collectibles. That image of them using a pin to fight the giant snake is gorgeous
  19. One of my favourite 70's Superman covers celebrating 40 years of Suplement Juvenil Original cover art for the US Superboy 81 main story. Original cover art for....what? could be US Superboy 107. First story in this one is from Superboy 99, but BR Superboy 64 has an original cover art for it. Will have to check carefully when I chart it on Gdc. Note how tanned Superboy it is: Must have spent some time on beach :P Covers and the Daisy duck stories produced here :). French and Danish stories from other characters also present. Homage cover to Barks Christmas of Shacktown painting, made by Andrea Feccero. First story from Denmark, the rest from Italy. Bought by me in a Newstand a few days before New year
  20. Once I sold a copy in quite good shape through Ebay. I wonder if is that one? I also acquired another copy in quite good shape two days ago. The first print suffers from spine splits, as most thin Brazilian comics. Does it have a nice back cover too?
  21. Lovely Bugs Bunny covers!. I like the 298 the most I have the main story of this Zorro edition in my Brazilian Uncle Scrooge n° 13 :)
