  1. Maybe I won't be on a 3-day work weekend this time
  2. And these weird ones: 34 bids 375.00 Best offer accepted 399.00 Here's a high priced vintage: The Little People 350.00 Anyway, thought is was interesting what people were buying. The Sexuality of Housewives(nonfiction) went for 350 also!
  3. That Terror Tales and Horror Stories are sweet! Well, they are all nice, I just especially like those 2.
  4. So, I was looking at pb values of items sold most recently on eBay this morning. Out of the sold items on the first page of the search there were only 2 "vintage" pb's that made the list: Orgy of the Dead 699 best offer accepted The Price of Salt 399 The rest: people really like the Halloween set of books, The Black Awakening(about the rise of the Satanic Super-Soldiers apparently nonfiction), and Goosbumps. Don't know if it's relevant to what we collect, but thought it was interesting that post 1980 books were the high point of recent sales. I'll dive deeper into the second and third pages later. What do you guys think? 25 year rule?
  5. Just added 16 books to my want list Especially like the Goodis, Weidman and Little Caesar
  6. You Can trade comics for paperbacks, WHAT?!?! A truly unread and probably unopened copy: Zelazny fever unread: The Classics The cool:
  7. I think this is a great idea!
  8. I like the Crime and the Gayety. Nice. I don't own enough PB's to do a group shot yet, but given the rate I'm buying, it should only be a couple more days
  9. A couple more unread or lightly read beauts today: The first one is a really good read and nice cover. Haven't read the second but nice looking book!
  10. You're shopping at different stores than me. I can't find anywhere that is selling that type of stuff. Even on the inter web!
  11. People in Idaho who read are few and far between. Only a couple used bookstores in the Boise area. We do have 3 comics shops, though mostly just new stuff. One old comic shop but I have picked a lot of that clean over the years.
