  4. A NM- sold on Heritage in October for about $1100, though it is a B&W copy. http://comics.heritageauctions.com/common/view_item.php?Sale_No=818&Lot_No=2267&src=pr
  5. No, Love for Swamp Thing? ST #3 and #5 should be on someone's list.
  6. One staple on Fawcett books are not uncommon. Far as reprints, I don't think there are any Alan Lights around but it is worth checking. You might be better off finding a low-grade reader of this one though. Then perhaps not.
  7. Your familiarity with nocturnal, giddy school girls and pixy stix, makes me uneasy. Nice book. Great WWII cover.
  8. Now that is a display. Great collection Non-Sequitur.
  9. Nice pick up. VF-VF/NM are the grades to go on Fawcetts. If you can find them that is. Congrats.
  10. It isn't as stunning as some Church Copies I have seen. On the other hand this one is: I should have this Church copy by the End of the month, first of next month.
  11. great books Timulty, so does that "Wheel of death" on # 71actually work when you spin the book around ?? It comes close, after you drink too many shots of tequila. I have 2 copies because the raw one is The Church Copy and #131 is one of The Crowley Copies.
  12. Didn't that come out two or three months after HOS 92? Then again, so did HOM 195 and Overstreet breaks that one out. I guess you could consider all three issues Swamp Thing prototypes. Actually, HOS 92 counts as first appearance of Swamp Thing(Particulary since they added it to the canon later in the series). Anything prior would be a proto-type.
  13. Just wondering, were these from the recent Heritage lot of WMT #6 issues? No clue, I think that auction was running the same time as the one I bid on. So, might not be.
  14. Well, since there have been no Captain Marvel Adventures.....Here is what I have so far, not pictured are #87(CGC 8.5) and 150(2.0): Not much but I am getting there. I figure I will add another 4 to 6 before the end of the year. And, hopefully, another Mile High Book and a pre-bat Detective.
  15. Nice Books, Ian. I especially love your collection of Detectives and Adventures.
  16. Soon as I get my GA Captain Marvels together, I will get a picture up. Not really all that many but I try to buy VF or Better. I would have better luck with my BA DC Horror.
  17. Nice, you have Action #52. One of the Few Action Covers with Zatara on it!!!
  18. Kudos to Rob_React for an Excellent Weird Mystery Tales #6 Ebay Auction. Grading is Spot on!!!
  19. Kudos To Kahml for a CGC 9.2 Swamp Thing. You can see pics of it in my Bog God Set!!!
  20. Kudos to Flying Donut for a being a very patient seller and GREAT grader. Also for a Police Comics 10!!!!
  21. Kudos to GA Collectibles for a Super Sweet House of Secrets 94, and CBMs. Thanks!!!
  22. I like the concept of picking the same theme for commissions. It would tie together a room quite nicely. I think, I am going to use "Superman gets Biotch Slapped" as a theme.
  23. Kudos to Rocketeer for a sweet copy of Saga Of The Swamp Thing #37.
  24. You go, Gozer The Gozerian!!!! That is a truly nice book. A Moldoff cover to boot!!!!
