Does every issue contain Russ Manning art, and if so did he maintain uniform high quality throughout the entire run?

I'd say the 9.0 grade is about right from what I can see. If of course it had been published in 1941 instead of 1961, CGC would have graded it a 9.6. Nonetheless, nice copy! (thumbs u

What I didn't like about the Rogues' teamups is that the puissance of each individual villain was diminished. I mean if Flash could defeat the bunch of them, what chance did Captain Cold by himself stand against the Scarlet Speedster?

: Excellent Spike and Tyke books. Per Wiki Spike made his first appearance in a Tom & Jerry cartoon titled "Dog Trouble" in 1942. Tyke debuted in 1949. The funny animal characters I tend to like the most are the lesser known ones with the masses such as Spike and Tyke.
