Mine just left this weekend. The last status was "CCS in Process." Does anyone know if there is an update beyond that while they are still at CCS? Or has everyone just had them switch to 'received' at CGC for Grading and back on the My Submissions page?

For what it's worth, my one George Perez signing was delivered 1/25/22 and was just marked as received into their system today, 2/3/22 Maybe it was on top of the pile of submissions?

Same here, however mine were delivered earlier this week 1/25. I'm telling myself they must have so many that they are behind on that also and will hopefully get to it next week after the deadline.

I'm with @Chaz G. and I think this is their SOP for signature events. For books I've had w/o press they all get tagged "Scheduled for Grading" as soon as they arrive. For the ones that have a press they are labeled "Received at CCS" and later (much later) "Scheduled for Grading" when they get back. My guess is that it's a way to make it easier for them to sort which books go where for after the signing.

You'll like this then: (Crossover Modern Slow - NO press) Received 4/29 CGC Opened 5/3 Scheduled for Grading 5/7 Grading/Quality Control 5/26 Quality Control/Finalized 7/28 Back to Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging 11/8/21 waiting....162 Business Days (4/29 -> 12/22) and counting. I called, apparently they were mis-scaned earlier in May. No idea why, no reason given. Once they 'found them,' nothing else noted as to the delay. Always the same. Let me email that department and let you know when they get back to me (CS rep). Most never got back to me, only two ever did. The change in GQC to QCF was a systemwide change in status labels. Apparently, CSR did tell me that they finally got graded Nov. 9 but are in the massive encapsulation backlog. They disappear from the submission view in January. It's very disappointing to say the least. I get mistakes happen, but this is crazy. Especially frustrating that the only customer service standard reply is, "Just wait a little longer and try to be patient." I think that is something we all are doing on a regular basis already. Here's to getting books back in the new year, and may it not take an entire calendar year.

Ummm...is CGC offering free grader notes now? I resubbed a book for a CGC-SS and randomly check the old number to see if any progress is actually happening and I noticed that there was a new layout: So I decided to check a random book off of eBay and got this on a book I didn't own or submit: Did I miss a memo? edit: yes, yes I must have. Who knew FedEx delivers on a Sunday? This arrived today, so I figured I'd post. I feel like if I played the CGC guess which book this is, it'd be too easy. I didn't figure he'd draw the same thing, but hey, I'll take it. For anyone still waiting for Sienkiewicz SS, my two other signature-only books also arrived today so yours must be close.

I have two Sienkiewicz subs in, and one shipped today. Single book, remarque with press shipped today 12/1 while the two just-signature books with press went from G/E/I on 10/14 to G/QC on 11/24. So maybe tomorrow those will ship. I keep reading everyone's posts and I agree and can only think it's a random process. I always thought sketches/remarques happened after sigs. I'm also still waiting for an Adam Kubert book (no press just signature) that went into G/E/I on 10/1 with zero movement since.

It's so difficult to figure out the rhyme or reason. My Silvestri books came back already (pressed) but my Kubert & Siekiewicz have been stuck in a G/E/I holding pattern for a while now also. The Andy Kubert book went to G/E/I before all of them and nothing yet.

@Fisionbomb I had 2 Sienkiewicz Signings (w/ press) go GEI on 10/13 and one remarque (w/ press) go GEI on 10/25. No movement since, for what it's worth.

I've had one in Quality Control/Finalized since 5/26 and when I call to ask, they just say "everything is fine."

No movement on mine yet either. Where did you see that the signing was supposed to be 2 weeks ago? I feel like they used to update FB or Twitter when the signings were happening with a quick video but not so much anymore. @greggy can I just send you my subs? I still have a Modern Standard sitting since 5/7 that hasn't moved other than a mis-scan. Customer Service tells me not to worry until after Sept. as its still within in TaTs. I keep seeing yours from 6/4 and 6/5 ship and I am a bit jealous.

You're right, my apologies. I think I just rushed and misread the website to my horror. 92 days apparently according to that website. I also have a spreadsheet that I use to actually figure it out when it does ship. During the wait, I've gotten pretty good at Excel. I've definitely had the time. For now, it's just a constant refresh.

Same here. I had a submission delivered 4/29, in the "Did CGC get it" system 5/3 and officially received 5/7. Which according to this puts me at 133 business days from 4/29. Current TaTs are 103 days for Slow Modern..... Worst part is it was 'mistakenly' put in QC/Finalized on 5/26 and has been stuck there ever since. When I call, it's still scheduled to be graded and "not to worry until September"

So if this is true, then all of my CGC SS books are getting graded right now, which seems unlikely. I just got dinged on my CC for all of them with CGC. With JL in the mix, it hurt a bit. I figured it would be spaced out over time since they are so backlogged. So I guess we are back to inconsistent billing again. No status update though. They all still say "Received at CCS" or "Scheduled for Grading" Did this happen to anyone else today (Saturday 8/14)?
