  1. I think their default setting is to have it go to "Received at CCS" for signings that you want pressed and straight to "Scheduled for Grading" for those you don't. I just sent in a Jim Lee batch that arrived July 29 and that was the status they got as soon as they were entered. I also wish they were updated social media a bit more so we could get a sense of when we may see these books again, but I guess the wait game is the thing now for all subs.
  2. Are people still getting the old status labels? The MODERN (slow) that I had as "Grading/Quality Control" shifted to "Quality Control/Finalized" on July 28. I was hoping that was good news, but it is still lingering at that stage.
  3. Cool...I have 10 books I subbed Modern Slow FedEx delivered 4/29 CGC Received 5/3 SFG 5/7 GQC 5/26 .... .... nothing. I've called twice and was told it was probably a mistake scan and that I should only get worried in September if I don't see an update based on TaT. I wasn't nervous before but seeing yours are back now I am again.
  4. Took your advice and called ... CS rep said that it says "finalized" on his end and sent an inquiry. It is a crossover from a grading service that shall not be named, so he said that they may have needed to change its status to move it along but wasn't sure. I might get an email on Monday. ¯\_( ツ)_/¯
  5. Hi everyone, quick question. Has anyone had any experience with G/QC taking more than a month? I had some books enter the GQC stage on 5/26 and they still haven't shipped. Its never taken longer than 3 or 4 business days in the past for my other submissions to go onto finalized. Thanks for any insight. I also had some books received yesterday that went straight to "scheduled for grading" from received. I wonder if that's their new s.o.p.
  6. Bought a book off Matt recently. Top-notch professional all around. Superb shipping. I wish he had more for me to buy off him! Thanks again!
  7. Hi, Is there an update on the Kubert/Percy signing? I've tried to search this forum and others but couldn't see one. Does anyone else have any of those books moved beyond received? I ask only because I submitted a few for AK and AK/BP signatures. One of mine for a AK signing and press and it just got moved to "Scheduled for Grading" TODAY which seems too quick and faster than the Claremont/Rubinstein book that is still "received." Thanks for any input/advice.
  8. @perezhwas an excellent buyer. His ultra-fast payment and great communication made this a super smooth transaction. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again!
  9. Awesome Sale. Super friendly and easy to work with during the duration of his sale! Hope to buy from again!
  10. Fantastic transaction. Very well packed and Allen offered fair pricing and friendly service. I hope to pick up more books from him again.
  11. Just joined the boards and plan on buying/selling, so I figured I should start one of these now. While I may be new here, I have lots of positive feedback on eBay. Thanks for leaving feedback.
  12. As per the guidelines here are the ground rules: Paypal is my preferred method of payment but I will accept money order and/or personal check, which will need to clear before I ship. Payment is expected within 48 hours, unless prior arrangements have been agreed to. No returns on graded books. Price does not include Domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail. $25 for anywhere in the lower 48 with insurance. If you are outside of this area, please PM and we can work something out. I'm sorry, but no International shipping at this time. Please PM me with any questions or offers (no lowball offers please) 1st in thread or via PM gets it and trumps any ongoing PM conversations/negotiations. Timestamp will determine the winner if two or more post it at the same time If you'd like more photos please let me know. I'm new to these boards, but I have 100% positive feedback on eBay. New Mutants #98 CGC SS 9.6 by Fabian Nicieza $750$700$650
  13. Thanks for the feedback. I know minor binder tears are ignored on larger issues, does something like this go into account of the grade or is it viewed as cosmetic?
  14. First post on these boards, and I was curious what I should expect for a book like this. I'm concerned with the marks on the left. Is this just a production error? Thinking of a press and grade on this one. Thanks for the feedback.
