  4. PM's seem to be a way to work out a deal. I am just a little fish and stay away from certain venues. But I watch bigger books often sell here via pm. I like this site because of the trust, friendships, and knowledge developed here.
  5. I, for one, am very happy that some folks think little of these books. Otherwise, I may never be able to own a nice copy. I was fortunate to be in the right place at the right time, when this one popped up. While only collecting for a very short period of time, it is these types of books, GA Superhero, that always seem to catch my eye first.

  10. A friend commented on a Young Allies copy in his pc, that he suspects may have been in a military camp, or base maybe during WWII. Any insights or discussions about this particular book being such given the markings it has? If so, are there other books out there from this base? Thank you.

  12. As I am a bargain hunter, and I don't actually obtain many books that would otherwise be obtainable. I've passed on many, picked up a few, and paid up for a few as well. But the hunting is so fun..

  14. Keep hunting. You never know what is out there unless you look...?? You may come across that unexpected gem. Maybe not the ASM gem, but something tradeable, or sellable. Good luck with the hunt and completing your run.
