  1. thanks for everyone's input and now here is the grade. 716 graded in this grade and 1,685 in higher grades
  2. the answer to your question Geoff2099 is part of the front cover is missing, look at the last photo and you'll see. my guess is 2.5 but this may be bit harsh
  3. I had this graded at the Baltimore Comic Con in 2016. It has not been pressed or cleaned. I have only one scan of this before it got graded. Can you guess the grade?
  4. Back cover took a few hits but no mention of the "tiny tear" on back left side covers edge in the middle, if in fact it is a tear. no mention of the corner crease on front cover bottom right corner. Yes, it is still a great looking copy.
  5. I'm a bit shocked at the 8.0 grade. No less than 8.5 would have have been my guess. Maybe it has more color rubbing than we can see. Would be interesting to see the grader notes.
  6. I was just thinking the same thing because clearly if he had actually looked at the back cover no way a 6.5 but hey maybe the grading several years ago was more lax
  7. thank you all for your help on this one, 8.0 seems to be the consensus, I'm happy with that
  8. very nice book my guess would 8.0 do you plan on getting it graded?
  9. I was hoping for at least an 8.5 but all is good. thanks for the input.
  10. Hi all, this will be my first post on here and would really like your opinion on the the condition/grade of this book. I am the original owner and most likely never read it, just bought it to keep my X-Men collection going. Here is something sad or funny depending how you look at it, I have 2 copies of X-men #120 and 2 copies of X-men #122 the same thing happened to my ASM #129, 2 copies of ASM #128 and 2 copies of ASM #130 anyway, thanks for looking
  11. Hello, I just found the "confirm package receipt" section and entered my tracking number. It stated that my package has been delivered and is securely stored in your facility. whew , I can actually get some sleep tonight. I guess I was expecting too much from the Post Office to do it's job correctly. Thanks
  12. My shipment of books arrived at the Sarasota Post Office 34230 on April 17,2021 at 1:08 pm and I've checked every day and it still shows "in transit" Not "out for delivery" or "delivered" How can I find out if CGC actually took possesion of the package and it was just not recorded by the Post Office properly? 10 days is a bit long to go from zip 34230 to get to your P.O. box which is in the same zip 34230 I'll be calling the Post Office phone number listed on the tracking site first thing in the morning. Any information on what else to do would be appreciated Thanks P.S. it was sent by registered mail
