    It is Easter Sunday my brother so maybe people have other things to attend to. Just saying. I think the stain might be less noticeable with a C&P. Depends on the composition of the stain. I'll go with the 8.0 but even with a C&P 9.0 would be highest guess.

    8.5 also. The holes are considered bindery defects. The only problem area is the front cover flip edge overhang has some issues. I can't tell if some of the bends are color breaking or it's just light reflection. I'm sure someone can comment on that and give you a better idea on what can be done.
