  3. I was real happy to run across this on my adventures. I just wish it was a Veronica issue. After checking the Heritage Archive and GPA, I'm pretty surprised how few copies are floating around.
  4. This seller is highly recommended by Detroit Mike.
  5. I wish Dark Horse would get a hold of CPG. All the variants, errors, and test covers are giving me a headache. What a train wreck of a situation.
  6. I viewed the rock as possible... maybe one zombie in the group was a former rocket scientist, but the zombies, who were climbing the fence, were moving a little too fast. Overall, many of the walkers were moving faster than I imagined possible. I still am very pleased with the show and I expect it to steadily get better.
  7. hey! nice stuff! isn't it great when the artists don't have an ego and they're so obliging? congrats on the at.
  8. I'm pretty happy to add a prelim drawing by Seth to the collection. This thing is huge.
  9. just so you guys see this.... http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=4287397#Post4287397
  10. I'm still disappointed that, at the $16.95 cover price, this was a magazine and it didn't have a thicker cover stock.
  11. $75-ish i might have one on a warner bros. store print.
  12. Four Favorites # 6 is a relatively hard book to find. Nice grab.
  13. Being in Michigan, there's one around here, if I can get the guy to sell.
  14. what is the numbering on your copy? i can't make it out.
  15. I remember getting some Elfquest fan material in the 80s. I know there was a postcard but I can't remember the other items.
  16. Thanks for sharing the Blondie strips. I just couldn't help myself...
  17. I'd have to agree with your opinion.
  18. As time passes, I think the first prints will have a decent chance of maintaining some degree of value as long as Bastian keeps doing what he's doing. Do I predict the success of a TMNT franchise, with a Saturday cartoon, action figures, etc., probably not. So I would expect prices to come down some, once the hysteria subsides. But, it's the future of the comic that Bastian is worried about, so hopefully he can get this book to the masses with the collected volume... and avoid underestimating demand and short printing that. I think that his publisher is aware in the demand spike and working on some ideas. You're rolling the dice, paying some of the prices that I've seen realized on eBay for the original first issue. If Julio has deep pockets, he could keep those closing prices pretty high though.
  19. Welcome to the Boards, SpaFon. Are you another Michigander?
  20. any word on what jeremy had for sale?
