When did HP change the scanning format? Looks like somewhere between the 7780 and the 8500.

Possibly. We both had a version prior I believe(I had the 7310), and when I upgraded to the 8500 I just about carped myself it was so bad.

There are several PL members who committed transgressions against multiple board members - how would it work if they tried to get themselves removed from the PL? I'm assuming that all the accusers would have to consent for it to happen? Quite often we have had an accuser submit someone for PL consideration and it comes to light there are multiple infractions. Perhaps adjusting the language to read but might also include agreement of removal from all publicly posted accusers in a multiple situation, not just one.

You're right on patience. But maybe a little longer. There are some that may stop in here every 4-6 days, so the 48-hour rule may not account for this. But agreed on the approach. (thumbs u Recognizing we still may have some special circumstances that require an accelerated process, but we can deal with those on a case by case basis.

I would think that proposing a 48 hour time period for anyone to respond or contribute, not just the accused, would be reasonable as I do not believe there is a set time right now. The information(recap) that comix4fun post about holyghost would be a good example of other information not related to the specific transaction gone bad but relevant to the overall behavior. Remember, some people are not here everyday and we should allow some patience in dealing with issues before adding to the Probation List(unless it is a significant issue), it may not always work out but at least allows for us to be reasonable.

Don't post the screen shot. I would recommend not to worry about being on the list for right now, just do what you can and follow up with the seller to see where the situation stands from his end and see it can be amicably resolved. The List issue can be addressed separately.

Hey Eric, the person that can ask that you be removed from the list is the same one that recommended you be put on. Since making payment have you been in contact with them about putting the issue to rest?
