preduction has been discussed in the Gold forum for his pricing. Seems like a flake for sure.
He is a good friend of Mmehdy.

Wow! nice comic. Cap 1 5.0 club is now maxed out at 3 members.
With the 2 recent sales of 6.0 and 6.5 on Heritage at strong prices this comic is a solid investment. I thought it was a mistake to have 2 Cap 1's in same auction so close in grade but both went for strong prices.

Cap 1 club is exclusive but even more exclusiver is Cap 1 5.0 club.
I have been so lonely last 7 years now we are buddies!

Even the Batman 1 NG front cover only sold for $3000.
That was mine from an eBay purchase last year where the seller had a matching front and back. I needed the back so I kept it. Sold the FC to Metro at SDCC to help fund my Tec 35.
Hard to believe these are from same comic but they were both glued onto a binder. Matt did a great job removing them. The Front was on the outside of the binder exposed to elements and the back cover was glued to inside of binder out of harms way.
Wonder what a nice back cover would sell for these days? Lots of .5 incomplete Bat 1's out there.

your sig line is looking good lately LeroyOn the Tec 36 I stopped at $12,750. Would like to have it but would have to sell a comic that I would probably regret to help pay for it.I never saw it on ebay or I might have made a run on it then.
Thanks
Your 29 would fit nicely in my signature line.

I think it's a lighting issue, not color strike.
I'm not guessing. The scans are slightly different but that doesn't account for the colour differences. There is a colour contrast difference between the two books that stems from publishing.
Agree with Roy. Look at the 28's that are on Comic Link now. 2 have the dull colors and the rest have the bright colors.

Comics sold last night pictured below.
CGC 7.5 last GPA was 9-14 OW pages $13,700
CGC 7.5 OW/W pages sold last night on CC $20,500
CGC 8.0 last GPA was 3-14 CR/OW pages $19,200
CGC 8.0 OW/W pages sold last night Clink $25,350
Can someone explain the color loss on the 8.0? What happened to the blue and green colors? Is this a printing error or fading? It really stands out in AMERICA. One is blue and one is gray. Look at Comiclink and they currently have a 8.0 and 8.5. with same color differences.
Comiclink Brave & Bold 28's for sale

New ebayer who won 2 auctions for $252 total. Never replied while auctions were active to any messages. Never paid after auctions closed.
I have now adjusted my site bidder preferences to block any bidder with 2 unpaid item strikes in last 6 months and also if you are high bidder on any 1 of my auctions and have a feedback of 2 or less you can't bid on another of my items in a 10 day period.
They can contact me about this and I can lift the restriction for them. I feel if they can communicate then they have a good probability of paying.

I sold a comic to Billy of John Boy and Billy radio show.
Sold a comic to Frank Brunner.
Used to sell back in the 80's at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles and sold comics to Bil Mumy and Mark Hamil.

good catch. post Downey Jr success perhaps?
CGC has recently added the "real name" info to FF 52 as well I noticed.
And great books guys. Leroy that 8.0 is particularly mesmerizing. You should really visit SA more often if you're sitting on gems like that.
-J.
Do we have a JLA 1 club?
This must mean you still have that gorgeous 8.5 copy of JLA 1.

Bought my Wolverine #1 for $50 and did not pay or answer any emails asking if payment was going to be made. Once I found out I could get my FVF back I left him feed back saying Never paid. No communication.
Then went to get my FVF and poof it was gone. Oh well worth the $5 hit.

Sharp colors on that 33

Simply stunning copy Leroy. Congrats on the pick up!

Now I won't bug you about selling yours anymore.

Here is my group shot. If you have any of the issues I need and are ready to sell drop me a PM.

My most recent addition. Looks nicer than grade which is always a plus. Spine is 60% split and what bit of spine is not split has some glue holding it together. I plan on having glue removed then it will get slabbed at hopefully blue 1.5/1.8 with cover detached and split.
-
I'm guessing it grades CGC 4.0 if cover is attached. Very nice glossy comic.

Well done! Nice looking 4.0

Here is a ebayer with 22 bids and 14 bid retractions as of last week when he bid and retracted on my ASM 3. He bid $50 and then retracted. I checked his bid history and blocked him.
He tries to bid a day later on ASM 3 and can't. He asks me to let him bid but tell him no.
Dear lhcomics,
I would like to bid on this items please. Thank you.
- trav-tapp
Dear trav-tapp,
You had bid already and retracted your bid. You have 22 bids and 14 bid retractions. Why is that? When other bidders see this they think the seller is pushing up their bids with a friend bidding then retracting the bid. You should place your bid and honor it the first time.
