    A lot of what I like to collect is horror / horror anthology. But I do have a very nice Murder Falcon collection. DWJ’s work in that series really really spoke to me.

    THAT I agree with! Darwyn Cooke is In my all time for me as a specific example.. and his prices are raising faster than I’d like but not among the most expensive by any stretch. Toth / Williamson who I mentioned before... their best work isn’t that pricy in the grand scheme...because it’s mostly not super heroes.

    Know exactly what a piece is about before you buy it. Take the time to double check through quick research right then and there if you have to. And if it is a deal that looks too good... it probably is. which brings us to the first part of my post. The time i broke that rule def reinforced my belief in it! All part of my tuition LOL!

    it looks like number 4 is most appropriate "opening a case at ebay's resolution center" because it's already a closed transaction. If grapeape shares the correspondence i'm sure that's the smoking gun you need. if you guys are talkign about the same piece, and i think you are.

    Bump for Williamson, he was doing great work in the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s if that's not longevity... dunno what is! The man was amazing! I disagree with Eisner becoming a shell of his former self. His OGN work is absolutely stellar. and that was pretty late in his game. and know i'm not quoting you on that one JJJ11. But i'm too lazy to go back and multiquote I'll also add Toth. His love of drawing / creating never died, and he was a genius.

    he's showing 100% positive feedback on ebay... you should leave a bad review. make your grievance public... unless you're trying to work with ebay behind the scenes, or giving him the opportunity to make it right first. etc.

    From Batman / The Spirit. Commissioner Gordon is introducing Barbara to his new girlfriend P’Gell. Oh Jim what you don’t know can kill you! This was my favorite page from this book. It’s just such a great moment. I’d really like to get the pencils for this piece too so I can have them together / side-by-side. Love this piece. I think Bone inked Darwyn almost as good as Darwyn inked Darwyn.
