It is really tough to say. Superhero doublecovers go for the most with the more mainstream the issue, the higher the demand and price. I haven't seen many triple covers for sale so I have no clue how much it would go for. (I know that I would bid at least $10 for it ) The blank spot is totally fine and is just a placeholder for the address label.

Marvel Mystery Comics #3 for me. Though I don't like the cover as much, it is a more collectable title (IMO).

Back on topic, I would probably take the Batman #1 Off topic, I would like a 10 point scale. What would a 10 be? Frankenbook w/ most of the cover replaced, glued spine, taped/cleaned/pressed pages, and a bunch of other forms of restoration I can't even imagine?
