Personally, I hate that sig placement and if i was in the market, would look for a better one as well as one that was signed more legibly. However, while I do think many people would be turned off by it, there's probably more who don't even care so I wouldn't think sales prices would be affected very much.

And stored with less exposure to the air, the bags sealed with tape and stacked together. I'd never store anything in an open top mylar. Just saw the OP is in FL. To second what Jeffro said, I'd recommend getting a hygrometer and a dehumidifier for your comic room. -
Then there's the paperbacks. Don't have scans of all of them or of my best copies.
