  1. Here's some of my Fireside books. These were bought off the shelf when new, so condition varies.
  2. Yup. Tempts me to consider selling my slabbed 9.0 that didn't set me back much beyond slabbing cost, especially since I have a reading copy around FN+.
  3. think that's just the cover ink and the lighting. 6.5 -bc Yup, staples are clean, it's just the way the scan same out. Same for the look of moisture damage in the corner.
  4. Think of it as a good way to get in shape for the march Madness Grading Tournament! And thanks!
  5. That's too bad about the Spidey poster, but I enjoyed the story! Reminds me I should fish out my Hulk poster. Never had the Spider-Man.
  6. The pen isn't a huge grade killer, it's probably in the 4.0 range regardless. However, the spine looks like it's almost completely split, which could pull it down more.

  10. Yeah. Also to clarify, I believe it was Muscleshark that was the one that PMd Comicdonna. And he's an Overstreet advisor to boot.

  12. Picked these up recently on my lunch break. The Goldberg dark tobacco sunburst background combined with the rest of the color scheme on the Six Gun Western is fantastic.
  13. The person who submitted the books does not have to pay a fee for grader notes: https://www.cgccomics.com/grading/cgc-grader-notes/
  14. Soared in value how so? There's over 30 copies on ebay right now, with about a dozen priced at $5 or under. Raw copies look to be selling in the $1-$10 range. I see a lot with crazy asking prices but that doesn't mean they are selling for those prices. Graded copy sales have been flat or dipping, except for a single $100 outlier 9.6 that sold last November. A 9.8 only hit $52 in January. It's entirely possible there's some recent spec bump I'm unaware of, but I'm not seeing any great rise in value.
