CGC considers Marvel chipping a production-related defect, so the right edge of that book isn't going to have a significant impact on the grade. If you imagine it ruler straight, you've got a more than decent looking book, especially with those rich colors.
The other thing to consider is that CGC is not the be-all end-all. Mostly their grades look spot-on, but there are plenty of times when they can be too generous or too strict. This is where the old saying "Buy the book, not the grade" comes into play.
