  1. Future Magazine 16 issue lot, issues #1-8 (two copies #5), #10, #11, #13-#17. Overall average VG, notable specific defects with individual issues. $18 plus $9 shipping via Media Mail or $13 via USPS Ground Advantage. As usual, drop the if you'd like the mags in the thread or via PM. In the event more than one person would like them, the first by timestamp gets it regardless whether via PM or in the thread. If you're on any lists, forget about it. Payment is expected within 5 days of invoice, payment accepted via PayPal. And of course, if you're not happy, return them for your money back.
  2. Had some tears and the box is a little beat but a good placeholder? https://www.ebay.com/itm/276340981347?itmmeta=01HTG3ABE9S62125C12J4YYT74&hash=item405734be63:g:VfwAAOSwStJlvYsI&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA8Fw82wtdZRxhCCMnsUfzsQDLw69JAW6yaG8lsOVhjHHj5qVKIEvBuIXHxLSB6uAfcnrytWakKNNsBk6AS0Bp7UETUXQhriwpscvh2u2mgGMwqiNkmT%2BLlFNbscEklFdBvtAr7UnowH0PmhbL9%2FOwEB%2BuyKZn%2BLKZO4Dw5jQMxPPvXwutn%2F%2BpqL%2Bbk4nevslh8thm33QSF3x5HjUpCUtgEJYqaNAsQjRw9TKjX7SKcPWyaikREiE%2BL%2Bj9INOvwble2%2FQrw1DotNQwij2wax7hxSZNHNoPDkTnMAWYQlENNORLNOnw8T4BgXxrLOEjI3D06g%3D%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR6a3qYPUYw
  3. That's interesting. I would have figured that one for being more common. Did you see the one that was on ebay a few weeks ago?
  4. I couldn't process that fast either, and I think I'm pretty organized.
  5. That's why I never buy your books! J/K. Your threads aren't 12+ page giants and I always look, I just haven't come across anything I need.
  6. I'll second this. As a buyer, rando listed sales threads are a *huge* turnoff for me, especially if they're multiple pages long. I don't want to scroll through a dozen pages looking for a single book I saw and then went past. And if it's a multi-day thread, I don't want to be constantly checking if I'm only interested in an end-of-the alphabet title (or particular issue number) that's going to be listed.
  7. You'll need to post a picture of the back to get some idea of the grade.
  8. I knew what would happen if I clicked but I did it anyway...
  9. Getting Jim Aparo's signature may be a challenge as he passed away about 19 years ago.
  10. So it's another youtube "Look at me!!!" azzhat trying to make something out of nothing. I'm shocked.
  11. I have zero patience for youtuber videos. I'm incapable of watching. They're like a wall of text to me, TLDR. I'll have to wait to read some posts on the subject.
  12. Well, the show is in Concord NH, about 70 miles away from Boston. If I was flying, I'd try to get a flight to a NH airport, as well as a hotel in NH.
  13. Paying extra for an hour of elbow room without the crowds is totally worth it to me. However, when the charge for early admission moves from $30 to $50, more than 3x the cost of the regular $15 admission then it no longer becomes worth it to me. It almost sounds like we've been at different shows. I always opt for the early admission and have never come across any sleepy dealers who aren't set up. Load-in happens on Friday. Maybe I just go to different tables. The 2023 "swag bag" was a complete joke, just utter useless drek. They weren't anything to write home about in years past but at least came with a few things I sold to amortize the cost of the ticket.
  14. Methinks you mean people with severe OCD have to have both.
  15. You beat me to it! https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/12753/
  16. With all that wear, staple rust and stain, tape pull/ink loss, water spot on the spine I wouldn't go above a 3.0.
  17. I wouldn't tape that back cover to the book since it's the wrong one. The back cover should be a Mason Shoe ad.
  18. Sure thing! Jim's is usually the first table I head for. I usually get the early bird ticket so I can have a little more elbow room before things get crowded, but I don't know if I'll do that this year since the tickets are now $50 instead of the regular $15 admission. $25 or $30 I didn't mind but $50 is a little steep.
