  3. Gunsmoke Western #56, VG. Centerfold detached at top staple, piece missing LLBC. Matt Baker story. $48. Also, Ditko inks over Kirby pencils on the cover.

  5. This will be a small thread with some Silver and Bronze Marvels. Sales details are as follow: I can ship up to 3-4 books in the Priority Envelope for $8; boxed a little higher and at cost (around $9-$10) but will also cheerfully ship via First Class (starts at $5) to keep the costs down. A single slab at $13. PM for international shipping quotes or questions. As usual, drop the if you'd like the book in the thread or via PM. In the event more than one person would like a book, the first by timestamp gets it regardless whether via PM or in the thread. If you're on any lists, forget about it. Payment is expected within 5 days of invoice, payment accepted via PayPal. And of course, if you're not happy, return the books for your money back.
  6. They're hard to find in the same way that similar Atlas books of the mid-late '50s are. There's not dozens available on ebay any given day, but they're not exactly scarce or rare. Before the MCU hype, #1 in low grade was a $300-$400 book all day long, for many, many years. Issues #2-5 could be had for about $100 a pop. The pricing was analogous to The Yellow Claw series from the same era. It was a niche book for folks who like that period of Atlas. Because Marvel retconned the character into a relative of the modern Black Knight, as soon as Dane Whitman's MCU debut was imminent, the hype machine/FOMO took off. It's so ridiculous that even the completely unrelated Black Knight comic by Toby Press is being touted by some sellers as having to do with the MCU. https://www.ebay.com/itm/195326315551?hash=item2d7a5b0c1f:g:iDEAAOSw7HdjE1h~ We even had a seller here on the Boards pull the same schtick not long ago.
  7. Ah! That one. I'd say that's about average or maybe a tad low or possibly average for Voldy. I haven't been following it for a while. I gave up on completing my Black Knight run when it blasted off due to MCU hype. I am a bit surprised it's still so high though since he made his debut in the Eternals a ways back, but maybe there's rumors about bigger stuff coming that I'm unaware of.
