Incredibly JJJ still hasn't responded to Buzzetta's solution.  Just happens to ignore that request every time

I must have missed those threads!  Would be difficult for JJJ to create an ebay message trail with time stamp confirmation from the day of the Dazzler #1 inquiry from Daniel.  But I could be wrong.  Would love to see the attempt

How can JJJ provide a message trail between himself and Daniel (kellyssuperheroes) regarding the Dazzler #1 if they are clearly one and the same individual, it's an impossible feat   JJJ=KSH=DD

Buzzetta just provided the simple solution to end all this and clear JJJ.  But JJJ wants nothing to do with it.  And he is playing himself as the victim as well now?

Hey JJJ, would you say that Dupcak is a complete lowlife scum-bag and douchee for having defrauded and scammed so many people in the past?  Any issue with him describing a raw book as a 10.0, a douchebagg characteristic of this seller or is that a legit selling ploy in your opinion?

You had misfiled your own copy of Dazzler #1 and just so happened to be in the market for one as all of this went down.  You did a search on Ebay that day for the book and found the 6 copies that KSH happened to be selling.  You also coincidentally happened to be looking at them at around the same time that Joe Peck bought his copy from KSH........viewing them at about 3:30pm that day........then again at 5:30pm.........and then finally at 7:00pm when you noticed that one of them had been sold.  

That's how you just happened to know that the 5:54pm sale time that Ebay listed for the book was probably accurate........since you just so happened to be monitoring those particular books at various times throughout the day.

You're killing me, Danny.............you're absolutely frigging killing me. 

 

That is beyond funny.  For JJJ to be tracking Dazzler #1's for possible purchase from a seller whose auctions reek of deception and fraud is even more bizarre.  From KSH's blurry photos, "slight color touch, trimmed" disclosures nicely tucked away at the very bottom of his descriptions, to the ridiculous claims of 9.8, 9.9 and 10.0 grades on his raw books?!  I have to imagine anyone with his resto and comic knowledge would stay clear of these books.  If JJJ is not Danny, could he be a partner or close associate?

Great job so far Dave!  That #7 has turned out to be quite elusive but I admire your determination and extraordinary effort to find it.  I'm sure it will eventually turn up and be that more of an impressive accomplishment

You're looking at closer to 5.0 grades on these books, especially with the spine wear and tanning.  Don't think CGC grading is going to give you a significant selling price increase in these grades.  For me, not worth the CGC grading fees/shipping charges involved.  Probably do better selling raw as they stand.  Very nice books though and congrats on attaining them!

Questionable call on getting these two submitted.  The #78 would be a great candidate but the top right corner could possibly bring this down to a 6.0 or 6.5.  The #55 will probably grade around the same or possibly lower with the general wear that is visible, and the cropped edges on the photos can hide a lot of wear on both books too.  Might be more cost and time effective to just sell raw...
