Andy,
I picked up volume one today at Grey Region in Toronto (they gave me a deal - $18.00!)
It's amazing... having all those stories back to back. Best 18 bucks I ever spent.
(Aside from two boxes of condoms in grade 12.)
Shep
So...How many do you have left?
Sorry Shep. the shot was there and I couldn't help myself

I'm not really sure who the artist is. It appears to be a combo of models and some photoshopping, and artwork.

All this talk of new avatars had me looking for images of The Haunted Tank and I came across this and thought I'd share it.

Great looking book Shep, love this cover! Congrats (thumbs u

What a haul! looks like a (literal) ton of fun reading! I love that SSWS 151, I hope to have a slabbed copy one day
-
Great books Jack! I love the cover on the Fight Comics, and that GIC #96 is just a classic cover
-
It looks looks like I am definitely priced out of early Rock appearances as well as GIC #87.
It's a tough situation, we want to share our love of these books in threads like this one and thus increase the attention the books get and drive up the demand. I remember just about 4 years ago passing on a GIC 87 for 150$ because I was more focused on finishing my Avengers run at the time, how I wish I could find that same deal today
However, it nice to see this genre finally getting the attention it deserves.

A 20% off sale at the LCS and a night of steak and beer with friends and I bring home my first GA book It's not HG but, hey, it's a nice start

We'd love to see more of those beautiful books Tom (thumbs u
Man, that OFF #94 is one classic cover

Good time for another one of these!

A rainy day off from work and the mail man drops this off..A nice Severin Fury

Absolutely Russ Heath is under appreciated, and a more current artist I might add to this list, and there have been many great artist listed, is Alan Davis.
