This was maybe the best Super Hero movie I’ve ever seen. It’s certainly right up there with Captain America The Winter soldier and the first Iron Man movie. Wait...nowhere near as good as Daredevil with Ben Afflick.....just kidding.

I bought a comic for a $100 and it was insured by the seller. It arrived damaged. I filed a claim and after three long months I got my money back. So I guess there is a limit when the Post Office starts to reject your claim. Thanks for the info.

I started focusing on smaller cheap sets like 1st series Moon Knight in CGC 9.8 ...I'm almost complete Yeah! I also lowered my expectations..Used to be 9.x or bust but now I will "happily" settle for some key books in the 6.0-8.5 range if they look good. I know you stated you can't relate to copper/modern but the pre-Unity Valiant comics are awesome to me and nearly all are pretty affordable in very high grade like 9.8. They have very cool stories. I loved reading those 1st series Valiant books especially X-O Manowar.

Interesting, while not as good as the other Marvel Netflix shows..I still liked it a lot.

I liked all of the Iron Fist episodes. Some more than others. Overall I liked it a lot. I'm looking forward to season 2.

Yes, with the money you spend to JUST re-holder some comics, I could actually spend that money to get some comics graded instead.

The comics I want to keep, I'm keeping and I don't care what the market does. Unless you're a dealer doing this full time for your living, you shouldn't "depend" on your comic books for additional income..It's great that we can all do this right now to help feed our collecting interests but WHEN the market turns south, you should still be ok if your comics substantially drop in value. That being said, I do hope WHEN the comic markets takes that down turn, I hope the comic book dealers have a contingency plan.

I am in the process of getting a few books re-holdered because of cracked or chip cases mostly. A couple for eye appeal as the new cases make a comic book look a lot better. I did an Express Drop off at the Fan Days Expo in Dallas. Re-holdering is expensive so I won't do it often and only if I can do Express Drop off so I can at least save a little money on shipping.

Not sure if this book belongs here (Bronze?) but 1st series Moon Knight 25 in CGC 9.8 sold for an incredible price $595 on Comic Link..Is this due to the #188 lenticular cover which has the same cover as #25?

It's not about "accepting offers" it's about ebay modifying your listings without you knowing about it is how I'm reading this. If a seller does not want to accept offers then it's up to the seller to decide. Ebay shouldn't decide "how" their listing is setup.. at the very least ebay should let you know they are about to modify your listing and "ask" if it's ok. Bottom line if you have a listing setting set up the way you want it, then ebay shouldn't change it without your approval. In this case it's accepting offers.

I just take the DART transit train..$5 for all day long and it stops right under the convention center..
