    Key golden age Canadian "White" comic from September 1941. This is the first Bell Features comic (known for publishing Nelvana, Johnny Canuck, The Penguin, etc) in titles like Active Comics, Triumph Comics and Dime Comics. This copy is a raw UNRESTORED and COMPLETE 2.0 with supple pages and exhibits NO brittleness whatsoever. Great pressing potential and I would leave that up to the new owner.     I’m not really sure it could be a distributor stamp from the local store it arrived at for the newsstand
