  1. i don't think there is a wuhan wondercon, but i could be wrong.
  2. greatest game there ever was. i won tons of cards. the beat up ones got second life with a clothespin on the bike spoke wheels. i got all the girls with that hod rod noise.
  3. slight correction. it just went to $198.00 a year for 2020. it is only a one time charge. it is still a cheap deductible.
  4. and none were associated with not getting vaccinated. an easy method to clarify, would be to determine the number of people in the U.S., and determine the number of vaccines administered in the U.S., and it would yield a number that would be a surprise to many. both numbers are available on government websites. another number that can be found on the websites is the number of people that had flu and died, and the underlying illnesses that attributed to the deaths. the U.S. is fortunate we have a low .10% death rate.
  5. i follow what the point is, and i commend what you do for youngsters. my only comment would be, and please don't consider that it is criticism in a snarky way, would it have been more productive to have extended the buy back moment to a teachable moment, and have been more open with the children as to why the ebay thing would not be productive instead of over compensating the actual value of the comics? considering their economical condition and their mom's hardships, i think teaching them to better their position in real life and the real cost of money would help in not perpetuating a sad economic status.
  6. i always take advantage of the weak whenever i can.
  7. The only changes) to look out for is whether your State is under fed medicaid or self funded, and check with your doctors on whether or not they accept the secondary medicaid. that changes year to year and they do not always tell you. it has to do with any medicaid reimbursement rate changes. medicare will be primary, and depending on whether or not it is a disability award, you will pay the part a and part b 80% medicare coverage cost out of your ss check, which is 107/month +/-. again, depending on the medicare award, you may have to pay the yearly deductible that everybody on medicare pays, which is about 173/year. very cheap. the supplemental part b 20% will be paid by medicaid. also check on part d prescription coverage, which you may have to pay part of, depending on how the medicaid was awarded. i know. i know because i have been through it many times.
  8. it is not a test for the basketball challenged, though, or if you were no good at the ring toss game at the carnival, or if you have a tendency to favor sitting on one cheek over the other cheek.
  9. the younger they are the harder they fall.
  10. and the fact that the majority of people have not been tested and multiples of the CDC numbers, which at this time are based only on what is known, is possible, probable and likely. it is not any type of flu, which is the problem because there is not a vaccine at this time, which logically accounts for the legislative powers granted, as they should be.
  11. it is the same for 2 other dogs being tested in the u.s. I am waiting for the miniature comfort horse to be quarantined from an airplane flight. that will take some explaining. i am sure when it happens it will be somebody from california, around hollywood.
  12. I saw it. enjoyed it, but enjoyed it more because there had been a military exercise to infiltrate a water source to test security about the same time.
  13. don't get me started, because no good can come from the question.
  14. an anti skeptic would say that it indicates per state reporting is still being done by the state, and any discrepancy in numbers cdc lists per state and that the state number, then the state info takes precedence anyway. I think that it would be obvious that the chore of keeping up is a burden that the states should share and be responsible for, which allows cdc employees to concentrate on other essential tasks. It is not as if the information is no longer available, because multiple sources are reporting, including news media/newspapers, etc. I don't think it has anything to do with Dow. vs. the people. that is sort of conspiracy stuff.
  15. I was in a hardware store Saturday, and they sell rain barrels 50 gal. type. a country gentleman type came in, you can tell from the clothes, the only thing missing was an ascot, and there were 5 barrels on the floor. he bought all 5. I think that qualifies as panic.
