if somebody types you do realize....my eyes close and i move on. usually, not always though, their chin is tilted slightly upward, and accompanied by a shallow sniff or 2 while typing.

the period dress gave it away. the reason i mentioned 1857 is it was one of those who cares factoids that sticks in your mind. years ago a person i knew that was an english lit post grad mentioned that the movie was set in 1857 because of the furniture style used or something like that, and there was no way to prove it wasn't, so about 9 people sat there dumbfounded and dufus looking, because the geek was so smart. it took me years to figure out it was a con. i always hated little sh..heads that did stuff like that. i didn't know that about the french. thanks. now i am going to read up on it. i like stuff like that. i enjoy being a smart little sh..head in social gatherings and spouting off stuff like that.

the doctor that may treat you most likely practices a deity based religion. it is not an unusual sight at all to see drs. praying with their patients, especially before a procedure. a fairy tale to some is real life to others. grace kelly, disney world/land, every kid that lost a tooth and the tooth fairy showed up, things like that.

you got it. in chapel on monday, there were give or take 6 nurses, 3 (for certain) physicians and possibly 2 other physicians based on their badges. there was 1 physician that is well known for not exactly the most religious guy. later on in the morning, it was in the waiting area, a nurse mentioned she saw him in chapel, with the kind of singsong voice that reflects it was more of a question than a statement. he said i hope to hell god is a doctor.

being a cathedral construction enthusiast, it is a wonderful book. i still have the original hard cover. the miniseries fell on the floor, though. it was ok and entertaining, but could have been so much more. i wish they would re-do it.
