  1. Marvel from golden to modern, with the greatest majority of them being silver. I think I'm too sentimental to sell, otherwise I would probably roll some of the games into comics at this point, with the way games are going I'd probably have no trouble getting some of the big silver age books I'm missing. I do still buy games on occasion but it's far less frequently since I have most of what I want.
  2. Next couple weeks are a dead zone. What If? is in August, Shang Chi in September, Hawkeye is probably October, Eternals November, and Spider-Man and Ms Marvel probably in December.
  3. @ 20% off (provided the picture of Thor #245 is actually the book and not #285 like listed)
  4. My username was AJ_the_gym_leader started in 2012 and stepped away for a bit in 2018, got heavier into comics, and when I went back later to check NA it was all archived. I figured it must've gone to social media, but I don't use any of those, to my detriment I'm sure, so I'm out of luck there. Just checked VGS I definitely recognize a lot of usernames, so I may have to sign up, but you're right it doesn't seem quite as active as NA. I would mostly post in everything else, or the buying forum. I used to hang out with some of the other ruffians like Jerbilly and Bimmy Lee and others for cook outs and meet ups, but I never did make it to a campout. I absolutely recognized your avatar and username with the Contra art being your white whale and all. I think I stopped posting a little after you put out your 100k bounty. I have some pop art and OA, but I'm always in awe of you and the other guys with the next level stuff. Anyway thanks for getting back to me Dan I really appreciate it! (hopefully Blackstone doesn't do to this forum what gocollect did to NA...)
  5. I have a feeling no one will forget that's Punishers first appearance
  6. Bronty where do all the old Nintendo Age guys hang out? I miss seeing your box art collection, the Nolans and their protos, and the myriad of other shenanigans that went along with those boards.
  7. Who would've thought after coming together for the train wreck that was Green Lantern these two would be meeting again as their Marvel characters. As 'the mouse' might incessantly repeat "It's a small world after all."
  8. Adventures into Fear 10 VG/Fine $40 Avengers 85 VG $30 Marvel Feature 2 G/VG 3 Fine- lot for $12 Amazing Spider-man 81 VG $15 @ 20% off
  9. Stopped at an estate sale on its last day and found a box of ENORMOUS Tinkertoys for $10 (they're big enough to make a structures for my dog...so I made him a car ). No idea what to do with them, but at that price they had to come home for the sheer novelty. I also found this vintage Oscar the grouch puppet for $2 and he was too funny to leave behind.
  10. I saw it Saturday and I'd say I enjoyed it. My only complaint was there wasn't quite enough Taskmaster. I could've taken a couple more minutes in the final act for the fight with Red Guardian and that probably would've settled most of my qualms with the film. Taskmaster wasn't a compelling villain, but I didn't really need him to be. I thought Natasha and Yelenas backstories were fleshed out well and the secondary characters and action were quite enjoyable probably 7.5-8/10
  11. The other things in the background are less interesting there's Stark tower rebranded Qeng (pronounced Kang I would imagine) industries, a wrecked helicarrier, either Thanos or Ronans spaceship, a lot of skeletons one large enough I assumed it was a chitauri leviathan, and oddly Yellowjackets helmet from the first Ant Man movie I'd have to watch it again to look for more, but I don't think I saw any other "new" things that would cause other books to jump.
